Return Policy Details

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, with original tags and packaging
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Worn footwear (for hygiene reasons)
    • Items without original packaging
    • Items marked as “Final Sale” on product pages
  • Return Shipping: Customer’s responsibility (unless item is damaged/defective)

How to Return or Exchange
